My favorite part about being an Apple Campus Rep is interacting with students. It is the best feeling when a student's face just lights up after I demonstrate a feature on the Mac. I get the biggest high after pulling off a fun, crazy, and successful event. Being an Apple Campus Rep has helped prepare me for life after college. My leadership skills have improved.

I am a huge Apple fan, and getting to share my enthusiasm for these products with students who are often brand-new to the Mac platform is exciting for me. I have gained a lot of insight into how to effectively market an event or a promotion. I've also met a lot of smart, creative people who will undoubtedly be valuable connections in the future.

Students, parents, and faculty look to me for advice, and that gives me a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, knowing they are benefiting from something I am teaching them. On top of that, this job has allowed me to get great real-world practice in networking, effective communication, and building helpful, long-term relationships.
