Custom Apple Store Enrollment Terms and Conditions General Custom Apple Store Requirements: Apple Computer, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any Custom Apple Store application. Customer participation in the Custom Apple Store program may be terminated by Apple, with or without cause, upon fifteen (15) days written or email notification. All Custom Apple Store participants must have a current education contract (EPA or CPP) with Apple. All Custom Apple Store orders are subject to the terms and conditions of that current education contract. All Custom Apple Store participants must provide updated contact information within one week of any change to that information. Custom Apple Store participants must provide the name, email address, and phone number of a primary contact who can answer general questions regarding the product selection at the Custom Apple Store, technical authentication, and networking. Participants must designate a Custom Apple Store Administrator and a Custom Apple Store Technical Contact. Apple offers Custom Stores "as is" and without warranty of any nature. Apple assumes no liability with respect to the operation of the Custom Stores. Custom Apple Store Administrator Options: Upon creation of your Custom Apple Store, the designated administrator will receive a welcome kit via email which will include a public URL for accessing the store as well as a URL for accessing the Admin Tool. Using the Custom Apple Store Administration Tool, the Custom Apple Store Administrator has the following options: * Defining the product catalog as appropriate * Configuring the institution's recommended configurations and/or required bundles * Reviewing and repopulating the Custom Apple Store within 24 hours after receiving a product transition email alert from Apple Custom Apple Store Technical Contact: This individual will liaison between Apple's Custom Store Team as needed to maintain connectivity with the institutions website and your Custom Apple Store. The Technical Contact should be able to assist with the following issues: * Managing URL links from the instution's web site to the Apple Custom Store * Managing user authentication issues on the institution's network (required for high security stores) Your Custom Apple Store enrollment is subject to the terms and conditions listed above.
