Ask Siri to open an app or document on your Mac. Click the Siri icon in the menu bar or Dock, and say something like “Open Keynote.”
Let Siri check your spelling. Ask Siri “How do you spell ‘accreditation’?”
Use Siri to search the web for photos to use in a presentation. Say “Search the web for photos of Earth in the public domain.”
Set a task reminder. Request something like “Remind me to check my voicemail at 3 p.m.”
Use Siri to help you count days and weeks on your calendar. Ask “How many days until June 1st?” or “What will be the date six weeks from today?”
Use Siri to find files created at a certain time. Say “Find files I created last August.”
Let Siri find pictures from your photo library. Say “Show photos I took last week.”
Change the way Siri speaks. Go to System Preferences to change the language and select from a variety of Siri voices.
