Adaptations Keynote

This year, in science, we did a unit on Adaptations. The students always love to research an animal. The students had to create a keynote and give specific adaptations for the animal. They enjoyed learning about how to transitions with their project. This could also be used for anything regarding ecosystems and biomes. Some slides may need to change.

Keynote is a great tool to put together a research project! I love how you built the template to scaffold the learning for your students. My colleague, Lindsay, had students create their own animals by combining shapes within Keynote (think pig feet with giraffe neck, etc.) - they then had to describe the adaptations of their make believe animal. That could be a fun extension for this project!
