Hello Maghan! What a wonderful way to engage your students in new and innovative ways! The Learning Center has some great resources on using Augmented Reality (including in math). That could be a great place to start exploring! 🧮📱
Reality Composer is also superb for this, brining in shapes and models from SketchFab. Great for scale and ratio too!
The Measure App, Reality Composer and AR Makr would be a great place to start!
And, check out ideas from Lyndsey Stuttard, Paul Hamilton, and Apple Education’s ‘Augmented Reality Overview’ page on the Learning Center, and the two main resources for download on there:

AR makr is an easy app for students to start using AR and very user friendly
