Hello,
I already have my Apple Teacher Certificate and would like to continue to earn more badges. Here is my problem, I went into my badges and now Apple is saying that I need to complete the Apple Teachers Badges before moving on to the other badges. How can I get to my account that has the badges on account?

Hi Dennis! If you’re signed into the Education Community, tap on your avatar (upper right corner) to visit your Account. From there, tap Account Help > select Quizzes & Badges from the drop down > enter your concern there. That’ll make sure the right folks can help you out.
