Swift Playgrounds Book

I have used Swift Playgrounds for years (even upgrading my own coding skills early on with some of it :-) haha), but now am exploring building Playground Books in Swift Playgrounds. Have started to check the templates that are available. Anyone have any experience using or teaching this? Right now, this is only for my use as it is part of a college capstone project but I hope to later make it available for anyone to use. Looking for any tips, links, books or other experiences the community may have.

I have found some resources to check out from colleagues that use Swift, and will post any that I find applicable to this question.
