It is important for us to build a relationship with our students, so that we know how to effectively help them. One of the main elements is knowing their learning styles and what works for them. By identifying their interests, passions for leaning and styles of learning it allows us, as educators, to provide challenging, creative and interesting activities that prepare students to be successful in current and future endeavours.

Great discussion around our thinking from today so far… to me it just reinforces the concept around growing the passion in our teachers… we need them to be given licence to explore and built their creativity and innovation in order for them to start thinking more naturally around how elearning and tech tools can be used in the classroom.

Supporting students and staff through the learning pit is crucial for fostering resilience and embracing fragility. The power of celebrating the journey and learning from failure can be just as important as the end product. The ability to self-reflect, identify next learning and develop a learning pathway is important for developing future skills and fostering a love of learning and creative problem solving.
