Apps

You'll have to excuse my ignorance. I'm a Windows/Adroid guy and trying to learn the ins and outs of Mosyle. I need to push out apps to our iPads. However, when I search for the app Raz-Kids nothing comes up and it's not in the list of apps to choose from. What do I need to do?

Also, attached is a screenshot that has 2/50 licenses used. How do I get this app to push out to the other iPads?

Thank you for your patience with me.

Good Morning!

I would recommend submitting a ticket with Mosyle via their help desk (bottom right corner purple button).

Typically, you will need to create an "Install App" configuration profile within Mosyle and then scope that profile to your selected devices!

I would do a support ticket but evidently you have to have a premium account to have the one-on-one support.

Understood! Perhaps reach out to your Apple SE!

You can find out who your Apple SE is by calling 1-800-800-2775 and choose option 4 to get connected with your school's Apple sales team.

Best,

Why aren't you searching for ABC-YA? Isn't that the name of the app?

Not sure how your MDM works, but for me once I purchase an app from Apple School Manager it shows up under Software/Apps in the profile made in the MDM. I add it to the profile to install and it gets sent out.
