Apple Creator Studio for K-12?

Now that Creator Studio has been announced, what does that mean for K-12 institutions and features these organizations can use? The education Q&A is really specific about the phrasing of college students and Educators. The pages from Apple mention certain features require a subscription, but there currently isn't any information about Managed Apple Accounts using these services or a way in the Apple School Manager portal to get "licenses".

Is there any information that can be shared at this time? I feel a great spot for this would eventually be the existing documentation online for Service access with Managed Apple Accounts from the Apple School Manager User Guide.
