A little back story:
We had a teacher that passed away, however the district tech (not me) set up a teacher account and an admin account. The teacher added their password and created their own AppleID (did not use a Managed ID). The tech doesn't remember the admin password.
How can we reset the passwords? If possible.
We use JAMF Pro on our devices, but do not see a place to reset passwords.
Any tips or advice.
