We are struggling to purchase Apple items for our Institution. We had previously been setup to purchase through Apple's direct portal.
We were moved off when that was discontinued, and directed to work with 3rd parties. Unfortunately we are being told when going through the 3rd parties that many times there are accessories and custom configurations that are not available to them, and can be obtained only by going through Apple directly.
I can't find anywhere to ask this properly so hoping some can help. Where do we start to try and get ability to purchase items from the Apple store as an institution?
