Fitness Challenge

This is an opportunity for students to use technology in physical education to track and measure progress and learn some new tools along the way.

It gives students a view of and an opportunity to evaluate their personal expercise habits to get the most out of their effort. We know that self-reflecting on our effort can increase performance.
