At today's Let's Go IL meeting the collective perspectives and experiences served to reinforce and affirm the work we are doing in our district. In addition, the comments I heard from other districts have sparked my interest in learning more about onboarding new staff for readiness in equity work, moving to the NEW Danielson framework, and leveraging leadership to move the work along so that equity is everywhere.

Thanks for sharing this reflection. It prompted me to go explore the updated Danielson framework that was published last year. Some very interesting and valuable updates in there. Really glad your post nudged me to do that research this morning!
