I am having my students mark up PDFs in Notes. I have them mark up and then turn of the pen tool, then click done.
But once in a while all the markups don't save, about 1 our of 30 devices. Any ideas? Willing to try anything.
The devices are logged into their managed Apple ID, and the notes we are saving to iPad, not iCloud.
