Generic path in Terminal for Garage Band menu

Question:

I am trying to import plugins to my Garage Band app, but I don't know where could I install them.

Here is the screenshot.

This screenshot shows a menu in Garage Band.

I need to know where within the Terminal, which is the Mac OS shell console, would I need to place the plugins.
