There are so many to choose from. My favourite has to be within spoken content. Spoken content, on its own, is a wonderful feature, but the added ability to highlight words or words and sentences as they are spoken is powerful. I use different colours for the words and sentences. I also use this feature as a teaching tool to show left-to-right orientation.
