#letsgoillinois PD covering DEI work at Glenbard 87. Fascinating to hear of a district working for 16 years in this area. My question is for a school district that faces a lot of hesitancy, resistance, and inconsistency with DEI. What has worked for districts to go from starting the conversation to really embedding the work systematically in your district?
