Your Apple Teacher Journey

Apple Teacher is a free professional learning programme designed to support and celebrate educators using Apple products for teaching and learning. Your self-paced journey starts by learning foundational skills on iPad and Mac, and continues as you integrate Apple technology into your everyday lessons. With three recognitions to explore, there’s endless inspiration and opportunity to be rewarded for doing your very best teaching — teaching that gives students more connected, creative, collaborative and personal learning experiences.

Develop your foundational skills.

Begin your Apple Teacher journey by exploring 120 skill-building tutorials that make it easy to use iPad and Mac and Apple apps like Pages, Keynote, Numbers, GarageBand and iMovie for teaching and learning.

Become an Apple Teacher.

When you’re ready to test your knowledge of using iPad or Mac, you’ll earn badges as you pass interactive quizzes. Collect all six badges for either iPad or Mac to become a recognised Apple Teacher.

Redesign your lessons with creativity and coding.

As a recognised Apple Teacher, you’re ready to integrate Apple technology into your everyday lessons — or create new ones — to engage students in deep and meaningful ways.

Build your Apple Teacher Portfolio.

To earn your Apple Teacher Portfolio recognition, you’ll start with example activities and templates to spark new ideas for designing a series of your own creative lessons — and earn badges along the way. The completed portfolio is a body of work ready to share with leadership, peers and beyond.
