Bring Apple Learning Coach to Your School

Encourage your instructional coaches, digital learning specialists, and other coaching educators to apply to the Apple Learning Coach program. Applications are open from October 18 to November 16, 2022.

Apple Learning Coach is a free professional learning program that trains an instructional coach or other educator to help your teachers get more out of Apple technology. Encourage an educator from your school or district to apply to the upcoming cohort of Apple Learning Coach.

The coaching program includes an online certification course, self-paced lessons, and two days of virtual workshops with Apple Professional Learning Specialists. The course results in the creation of a Coaching Portfolio, including an action plan to support your teachers as they take learning to a deeper level with Apple technology. Apple Learning Coach has earned the ISTE Seal of Alignment for Coaches.

Each Apple Learning Coach will gain a deeper understanding of how to support different teachers as they integrate technology into learning. This person will be the in-house expert, so teachers have a coach who can help them realize the full potential of their Apple technology — and the full potential of their students.

Once you’ve identified the instructional coach, digital learning specialist, or other educator who you feel is the best fit for this opportunity, please encourage them to apply here by November 16, 2022. There’s no cost to participate.

To learn more about the application requirements, please review the Program Overview. Questions about the Apple Learning Coach program? Email applelearningcoach@apple.com.

ALC has been a great professional learning experience for me, highly recommend it. Some of the biggest takeaways and reminders are around meeting the teacher where they are at.
