I learned about this gem of an App from an Apple Specialist when I purchased a new iPhone: Apple Support.

Easy, quick and helpful if you have questions about your device. This is something I probably should have discovered before, so passing it along here for those needing troubleshooting. The Apple Support team is fantastic.

I also rely on heavily the Apple Support sites User Guides for detailed how tos, the Apple You Tube channel for tips, and the Learning Center here in our Apple Education Community for lesson ideas, guides and tutorials - such as this!
