Create Great Sketchnotes journal

I have the opportunity this week to lead a workshop at the APAC ADE Institute on sketchnoting.

There are many app options, but my preferred app is Keynote on iPad where I can use the draw tools, with a collection of assets to assist the design process.

I have attached the Keynote journal I have created for the in-person workshop here. It includes a rationale for why sketchnoting is valuable, ideas about apps, tips for setting up and using the drawing tools, some assets for others to use or trace, a little colour theory, ideas about composition and for extending practice through use of Memojis, animation and more.

Please reach out if you have questions or thoughts to share about sketchnoting.
