Teaching maps in K-2?? I created this resource in pages for students to create their own map to demonstrate their knowledge of map keys, locations, and directions. The students have the ability to add more to this template, but also gives students a great starting point with a blank map template for students to place landmarks, a map key page, and a blank map page they can use to create their own personalized map.
