Balloons Over Broadway - Block Coding
After reading Balloons Over Broadway, our students use block coding to get their balloons through the "parade route." Before culminating to coding BeeBots, we do some unplugged coding on paper and with the attached Keynote template. Students will code their way through two routes and then have an opportunity to create their own routes for themselves or others to try.

This is my favorite book to read with students in November! I appreciate how you scaffold this activity, especially having learners solve the Keynote routes before creating their own. Thanks for sharing!
