Overview
This lesson contains 5 steps.
- Brainstorm- select a vocabulary term and brainstorm some songs to remix
- Remix-select one song, pick a small section of the song and rewrite the lyrics to help memorize the term
- Movement-pair the remixed song with purposeful movements
- Blend-put it all together and pick a project pathway (Clips, Keynote, GarageBand, or iMovie)
- Share-upload the song to the Keynote template provided and get ready to perform
Each slide contains guidance and tips to help support learners in their song writing process. Slide 8 contains an exemplar that can used to introduce the project.
