Coping with Stress Resource List

I had a Health II class rank the top 10 stressors in high school students. After we spent a class on ranking the stressors, we discussed the different ways to cope with those certain stressors. We looked at different ways we could share these around the school and came up with a certain type of criteria we wanted to share. We came up with an example of a template for the students to share, but they were more than welcome to create their own to share their top 5 ways to cope with high school stressors.

This is an awesome activity for students to reflect on their own mental health. That reflective process is an important piece of the puzzle in personal growth. I think this would be an awesome starting piece for a conversation on stressors in the high school and maybe include an audio component.
