iPad Tool Menu - Quick Wins with iPad

To support teachers integrating iPads into their classrooms for the first time, I’ve created an iPad App Menu with easy, impactful activities. The message with teachers new to iPad in the classroom has been to start small, and pick one tool to do, and try, and learn. This resource offers a variety of creative ideas for leveraging built-in iPad tools like Camera, Clips, Voice Memos, and more. Each tool is paired with quick and engaging classroom activities that promote student creativity, collaboration, and learning—whether it's capturing pictures of shapes in nature, creating podcasts, or animating objects to explain concepts.

These "quick wins" are perfect for building confidence and exploring the potential of iPads in a meaningful way.

Very clever Tanya! You let them take "little bites" which encourages the exploration of more tools. Super PD idea!

This is a great idea! I could see this being useful for a Professional Development day, where teachers could go to different classrooms based on which app they want to learn about, and you could have an "expert" in each room to help them explore and play with the app.
