Animate Life Cycles with Keynote

Third graders in our district have been learning about life cycles in science class. One teacher I worked with had her students create their own life cycles with the added twist of using Keynote to animate them. Students not only had to learn about the sequential order of a life cycle, but they also had to learn how to sequentially order various animations. We think they turned out beautifully! #OPSProud

What a great idea. I've done life cycles in different ways, but I love the idea of using animation!

Very nice work, Jessamie!

I love anything Keynote and animation-related! Such a fantastic way to bring learning to life!

A nice extension of this (without getting too complex for young learners), might be to add or draw images to add as a background to get them thinking about the environment/ecosystem that the creatures live in (which might even change during their life cycle! 💡)

Great work!
