Editable Scratch-Style Coding Blocks in Keynote for Teaching Computational Thinking

Hey everyone! I put together a resource that I think will make teaching coding and computational thinking a lot easier. I took the standard Scratch-style blocks and created individual PNGs for each one. I also recreated every block as an editable vector file and pulled them all into one Keynote deck.

What makes this especially helpful is that the vector blocks are fully customizable. You can change the text, color, and font to match exactly what you’re teaching, whether you’re on iPad or Mac. It’s a flexible way to model concepts, build examples live, or let students create their own block sequences during a lesson.

If you’re teaching coding with Scratch, Blockly, or any block-based environment, this can hopefully help you show how the logic works in a clear, visual way.

This is an excellent way to plan coding sequences for the kids! Now I'm thinking how to apply this way to visualise/practice SwiftPlaygrounds. Thank you for sharing! :)
