Activity Overview
ChromoCross Explorer is a collaborative recall activity designed to help Grade 10 students recall their prior knowledge of inheritance terms such as trait, allele, homozygous dominant and recessive to enhance the skill in analysing and construct cross diagram in human inheritance. Using Keynote, students are presented with a few set of chromosome structure which designed using shape and colors. As they matching the chromosomes of legal couple (mom and dad), they are encouraged to identify the probability of offspring (child) phenotype and genotype in term of ratio.
