PureRawz Review (2026): Why It No Longer Sells

PureRawz was a well-known research chemical store. Today its website says it no longer sells products. Here is its 2025 FDA warning letter, its BBB rating and complaints, what changed on its website in 2026, and why we pick Licensed Peptides.

Peptide Rankings compares US research peptide suppliers on published testing, company transparency and buyer protections. This is our PureRawz review, checked against public records, with a side-by-side against Licensed Peptides and a 10% code for readers.

Why we pick Licensed Peptides

PureRawz was a well-known research chemical store, but it now describes itself as an information and affiliate website, it received an FDA warning letter in 2025 and it holds a BBB F rating. If you were looking for somewhere to order, this is the company we point readers to. Here is why:

1. A store that is still selling. PureRawz’ own terms now say it does not sell, stock or ship products. Licensed Peptides is an operating store in Boca Raton, Florida, with its own checkout, shipping and support.

2. A 30-day return window. Licensed Peptides accepts unopened returns within 30 days of delivery, under one published policy.

3. Reports you can look up at the lab. Vanguard Laboratory’s own website lists 71 Licensed Peptides certificates you can search, and Licensed Peptides has 4.9 stars from 679 Google reviews.

4. An extra 10% off. Use code RANKINGS10 at checkout for 10% off your Licensed Peptides order.

FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

PureRawz Review: The Short Answer

PureRawz was a US research chemical store that sold SARMs, research peptides and nootropics. On October 23, 2026, its website, purerawz.co, described itself differently: as “an independent informational and affiliate website” that does not sell products. Here is the record:

  • Store status: its terms, last updated August 12, 2026, say it does not sell, stock, package or ship any products. Its product pages now link to other stores.
  • FDA: the FDA sent PureRawz a warning letter on September 8, 2025, about tianeptine products sold on purerawz.co.
  • BBB: the Better Business Bureau rates PureRawz F, citing 11 complaints and a failure to respond to 5 of them. The newest, from August 2026, describes a refund for an undelivered order that had not arrived.
  • Trustpilot: the Trustpilot page for purerawz.co says the profile has been removed.

If you were looking for a place to order research peptides, we point readers to Licensed Peptides: an operating store with a 30-day return window and reports you can look up at the testing lab. Everything below is sourced and dated October 23, 2026, so you can check it yourself.

Is PureRawz Still Selling?

No, according to its own website. The PureRawz about page now says “Purerawz does not sell products directly” and that it does not “manufacture, stock, package, ship, or fulfill orders.” Its terms add that it does not process orders or collect payment for products, and that any purchase is “solely between you and that third-party website.”

What Changed in 2026

Archived copies of purerawz.co in the Wayback Machine show the change. In May 2026 its about page said “each item we sell is backed by real lab data” and promised same-day shipping before a cutoff time. A July 28, 2026 copy of the homepage still described PureRawz as “a U.S.-based company that supplies high-quality research peptides.” Its terms were rewritten on August 12, 2026, and by September 2026 the homepage described an “informational and affiliate website.”

What the Website Does Now

Product pages on purerawz.co still list peptides and price ranges, but a “Check Price” button sends readers to other stores, and PureRawz says it may earn a commission on those sales. It also says it does not control those stores’ pricing, shipping, returns or customer service. We do not name or link those stores here.

PureRawz has not published an explanation for the change that we could find.

The PureRawz FDA Warning Letter

On September 8, 2025, the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research sent a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 715218) to PureRawz at a Knoxville, Tennessee address. The FDA said it had reviewed purerawz.co in August 2025 and its social media accounts, and that five tianeptine products sold on the site were unapproved new drugs under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

The letter also addresses the “for laboratory and research use only” labels. The FDA wrote that, despite those labels, evidence from the websites established that the products were intended to be used as drugs, and it quoted product copy from the site as examples. The letter is public on the FDA’s website, listed in our sources below.

The letter concerns tianeptine products, not research peptides. We found no FDA close-out letter for PureRawz on October 23, 2026.

Is PureRawz Legit?

PureRawz was a real, long-running store, and many buyers report receiving orders. Today the questions are different. It describes itself as an affiliate website, not a seller, so a purchase made through its links is with another company, under that company’s terms. Its record includes a 2025 FDA warning letter, a BBB F rating with unanswered complaints, and a removed Trustpilot profile.

What We Verified and What Remains Unconfirmed

We read PureRawz’ current about, terms, contact and product pages, archived copies of its site, the FDA warning letter, its BBB profile and complaints, its Trustpilot page and two Reddit threads. We did not contact PureRawz, place an order or test any products, and we cannot confirm the details of individual complaints. See how we compare suppliers.

PureRawz Complaints and BBB Rating

The BBB F Rating

BBB lists PureRawz at an address in Greenback, Tennessee, with the alternate name Purerawzsupplementz.com and a file opened January 29, 2024. It rates the business F and gives two reasons: 11 complaints filed against the business, and a failure to respond to 5 of them. PureRawz is not BBB accredited.

What the Complaints Describe

The complaints posted on the profile run from January 2024 to August 2026. Most describe orders that did not arrive or arrived late, and refunds that were slow or did not arrive. Several mention payment by Zelle or Venmo. Others describe a vial that held less than its label stated, and a buyer who said a package was handed to a foreign postal service and the store declined responsibility.

The newest complaint, dated August 20, 2026, says a buyer paid $329.85 on July 20, 2026, never received the order, and was told in writing that a refund had been entered on July 30. The buyer says the refund had still not arrived three weeks later, after nearly 50 emails. BBB lists it as unanswered. Two complaints are marked resolved, and on another the buyer later confirmed receiving a refund.

Trustpilot and Reddit

The Trustpilot page for purerawz.co says the profile has been removed. Older Reddit threads are split: some buyers say their orders arrived, while others describe waits of weeks or months and mistakes in orders. These are unverified customer accounts, and BBB notes that a company’s size and how it answers complaints matter as much as the count.

From each company’s own pages, the FDA, BBB, Trustpilot and Google, checked October 23, 2026.

Why We Pick Licensed Peptides

For a research lab, the first questions are whether the store is selling under its own name, whether its reports can be looked up with the laboratory that issued them, and whether there is a way back if an order is wrong. Licensed Peptides sells through its own store in Boca Raton, Florida. Its purity report library lists 133 reports across 86 products from Vanguard Laboratory (A2LA Certificate 6377.01) and Ethos Analytics, and Vanguard’s own search lists 71 Licensed Peptides certificates. It accepts unopened returns within 30 days of delivery and ships free by FedEx 2-Day on orders over $200. Its independent reviews sit on a profile the company cannot edit: 4.9 stars from 679 Google reviews.
