This is an excellent listening-focused lesson for primary school pupils because pupils must listen carefully, interpret instructions and physically move objects to the correct positions. Instead of simply identifying prepositions from pictures, they demonstrate understanding by completing a placement task.
Pupils will be given a brief explanation on prepositions of place by watching a video before moving on to the listening task.
