Social Implications of Space Travel

I teach Advanced Space Science, a one semester elective course for mostly seniors in high school. As a culminating project, I ask students to pick a single-faceted, bold statement about space travel today. For example, "I believe the company or country that produces space-junk should pay for the cleanup of said junk". They research the topic and produce a Clips project. Their audience is legislators or change-makers and we display these projects, with no sound, on TVs in the hallways for their peers to see. Clips makes it easy to build, but the greatest part is the live titles (closed captions) so their evidence can be seen without sound. I attached an example of a completed project. #D214 #ADEPhysics

What an interesting class Katie! And your student Clips project is super. Yes, the live titles work well! Thanks for the share.
