New podcast series about my expedition to Antarctica

It's not often you get to travel to the bottom of the world. But that's just what I did in February, 2023 as part of my Lindblad Expeditions/National Geographic Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship. This professional development opportunity was truly awe-inspiring, and as a way to share what I learned, I decided to produce a podcast series about the people I met and places I visited while on expedition to Antarctica.

Listen now on Apple Podcasts

Producing the podcast series is a way of sharing what I learned, and also an opportunity to practice what I teach, and model what experiential learning can look like for professional development as well as with our students in our learning spaces. I'd love to hear what you think!

Thanks Michael - I know the series will be outstanding and also a good model for educators who are interested in trying podcasting. I’ve passed this post along to LinkedIn, Threads and Instagram.

Appreciate the links - Human Geography is one of my favorites!
