Activity:

We did this as a Valentine's Day activity to enhance self-esteem and build confidence. Using the iPad, students began by taking a selfie to replace the image placeholder. Next, they brainstormed positive affirmations and things they loved about themselves, writing one quality in each heart. Finally, they recorded themselves reading their positive affirmations.
