Providing ongoing opportunities in science for my students to build science processing skills, question the world around them, and design/conduct/evaluate investigations.

I want my students to see themselves in a position to understand the world around them through systematic investigations and evaluations of data.

This allows for them to be able to share their ideas they have on the project they are working on while building active listening skills when others share/discuss. Out of this the learners have the ability to build mutual respects and empathy for one another which are powerful leadership skills.
