Building our Leaders

Let’s face it, the success of any initiative is strongly determined by the school-based leadership. Principals today are faced with so many challenges that being an instructional leader can quickly be placed on the back burner. My question to the forum is, what innovative strategies have you implemented to build and sustain the capacity of your school leaders?
