My district is 1:1 with iPads; we use Mosyle as our MDM. Messaging is turned off. Is there an alternative way to activate memjois so students can use that feature in Clips? The only way I currently know of is to create memjois through Messages.

You can create Memojis in Notes, even if messaging is turned off.
