OBT-Recommended Format

Hi all,

What would you recommend for your OBT format?

Keynote? Freeform? Books? Clips? Other?

Thanks

Pam

Hi Pam, for me Pages worked well because I was listing a “to do” list for myself as a OBT. Here is my graphic. What’s great is that all the tools you listed would work fine. I’ve seen OBT using all of them.

Hi Pam!

Is your OBT still a collection of AI activities for secondary teachers? If so, I would think Pages or Keynote would be good. Maybe Keynote if you would include student facing slides and then also have slides with teacher instructions that could be hidden while presenting to a class? Just an idea.

Hi, Pam! 👋 I would start the end and consider how the end user — teachers and/or students — will see and use the activity. 🤔

That may be a video, a static PDF document, a PDF document with links to download other materials, a graphic, a book, an interactive Keynote, or using Pages, Freeform or Numbers to curate resources in one place, a website, or something else.

Either way, I would let that dictate how you deliver the final content, and choose whichever way creates the least amount of friction fo them to access the materials and be able to bring it to their classroom with their students.

Best of luck with it. I hope it goes well!
