Class not showing in Classroom

Question:

Hi all,

I'm having an interesting issue where one of our classes isn't showing for a teacher in Apple Classroom, however it shows in ASM (Apple School Manager) and the teacher is assigned.

I secondly seem to note that we can't remove apple classroom as its being "used by one or more resourses".

Any help would be great.


Additional:

We run JAMF Pro at our college and I am an IT technician with Administrator access.

Sorry the teacher is having this issue. A few clarifying questions:

  1. What is the current version of Classroom on the teacher's device?
  2. Whether on iPad or Mac, when the teacher sees all of their classes, do they see the option circled here to create a new class?

  3. Is this consistent with other teachers?
  4. Could you upload a screenshot of the "used by one or more resources" message?
