One of my key takeaways today from this mornings session focused on skills for the future was that the quality of the learning is directly aligned to the quality of the teacher in front of them.
This means that investing in teachers - with PD, tools, time etc to build their capability is absolutely essential.

I agree that we need to start investing more in teacher and developing their skills. Now how do we get schools and administrators to see the value in that?
I want to see more meaningful PD, but unfortunately most schools that I know offer training based on the new buzzword that is happening in education, which changes every year or two.
