APP Converter? Import a Multi-Paged PDF

I’m trying to import multi-paged PDFs into Keynote or Numbers. We have teachers trying to use the slides and handouts in the Amplify ELA Curriculum. They want to import the slides in Keynote or Numbers and write all over them like a whiteboard. Any ideas?

I would recommend Freeform! They can import the PDFs on a Freeform board, then open them up and markup on them. The markups only save on the Freeform board, and not on the original PDF saved to their iCloud Drive. So they could create a master board with all of their PDFs for the year, then duplicate that board each new year.

The only way that I have found to put multi page PDFs into Numbers is to have the PDF open in Preview and drag each page thumbnail over to my Numbers document.

One of the ways I accomplish this, is to download the PdF file into my "Files" folder on the iPad, then open it up. You will have the pencil tools in the top left (or if you tap the screen with your Apple Pencil it will open the tools) and start writing. This is the simplest way that I have found to marking up files.

I have tried using Keynote to mark up files and it work, but you are limited on the available writing tools. You just get a pen tool and a selection of colors. Marking up from the Files folder you get all the pen tools and the ruler as well.
