I'm hoping that a Shortcuts guru can help us out!
Our first grade team of teachers created shortcuts to open their lesson plans, checklists for content coverage, and other documents that they use daily. Unfortunately, once they ran the shortcuts, those files were deleted. They cannot find them anywhere on their iCloud Drive anymore. This has happened multiple times, so they do not want to use Shortcuts anymore. Since Shortcuts can be such a GameChanger, I'd love to help brainstorm how to fix this issue!
Anyone have any ideas on what is going on? Or do you know how to recover what was lost?
