Help Showcase Student Creativity!
Greetings, all -
Many of you know that I volunteer annually with the nonprofit California Student Media Festival as a member of the Steering Committee. The festival is free for CA students to enter and attend, and the nation's oldest celebration of student media creation. All info is posted online. There are two ways to get involved:
- If your students reside in CA, please consider submitting their best work before our April 10 deadline. All pre-K-12 students are eligible, even after-school programs. The festival is May 20 and top winners win plaques and donations to school programs. Enter here.
- Please consider signing up to judge - you don't need to be in the classroom or even within California! It's a few hours' commitment. Sign up here.
