Harmony Day

This week is Harmony Week, I wanted my students to explore and understand the importance of this week and rather than doing the traditional paper and pen task. I decided  to get my students to listen to a podcast and use sketch notes to create a short summary about the importance of this week and why it is a significant celebration. 

Students used Tayasui Sketches School to create digital art piece that captures the Harmony Day message “Everyone Belongs”. Students then used the ARMakr app to put their art piece around our school. 

Student then put this information in to the clips to create a short clip that captures the importance if this event.
