Using the Translate app

The focus of the Apple Distinguished Educators Institute recently was breaking down language barriers and forming new connections with colleagues. The Translate app is an incredible tool for doing this; it's intuitive and versatile.

Translate fits beautifully into multilingual settings- including classrooms. Students can use it to translate words and sentences, practice pronunciation, hold conversations and look up definitions all in one place. Because of the Conversation mode, students don't even need to be in a 1:1 setting to get the benefit- Auto Translate will transcribe and translate conversations easily.

I've pulled together some favourite features into a one page summary and wanted to share it here for others to explore.
