Harlem Renaissance project

I used to think I had advanced this project pretty well, moving from a stand up presentation, to a loaded presentation to cd's, to sharing out and submitting into an email. I have learned that there are even better ways for students to complete this project and presentation with less time and more efficiency using Keynote and other apps that are available on their ipads.

Students are more adept than I am at using their ipads. We were (Mr. Witt was) showing several ways for students to add info to their presentations and kids were already way ahead of us. I did learn how to have students narrate slides so there won't be any "presenting" but students will still be able to hear of new people from this time period.

I will probably add a spread sheet or a list of some sort in the future to have kids sign up instead of taking class time to get them signed up.
