Exploring Day and Night
Students used the Map app to explore Earth’s rotation, revolution, and time zones. First students explored the app, using key features such as flyover, satellite view, 3D view, and globe view. Next, students used map screenshots and markup tools to complete a see, think, wonder activity. Finally, students ended the lesson learning about time zones through out the world.
