We can take a deeper dive into your deployment and use of Mosyle to figure out what needs to happen to fix the issue! You can contact us by calling 1-800-800-2775 and choose option 4 to get connected with your school's Apple sales team.
We are using the free version of Mosyle to centrally manage our iPads. It has been shared with us by Apple that we can not use iTunes accounts on the iPads and still push Apps (i.e. NWEA MAP). When we try this we are getting this message (attached). Since we are using the free version of Mosyle, we can't use their support. Does anyone have a similar experience or some expertise in this area that they would be willing to share with us that might help us?
