My High School math teachers are looking for a way that they can get away from the paper/pencil test and do it on the iPad. The concern is they do not want students to have the ability to share the test when it is on their device. One, not realistic, solution is that we have standalone testing iPads. Love the fact they want to make this change, but unless they change the assessment all together I don't know if it is worth trying to do this.
